How the simulator works
- Make up to six decisions.Use the decision list, the timeline or the arrow keys. Play runs a guided walkthrough and ends at the brief.
- The office decision sets the program.Demolition tests the Cité Vivante case. Industrial flex tests the sponsor's Boost Campus program, which has no housing, so the two housing decisions no longer apply.
- Decisions change gate status, not a score.Each gate shows what the case records. A decision can commit capital before a gate is resolved, or conflict with a documented constraint.
- The brief gives a conditional recommendation.It lists each decision with its before and after effect, the open gates and the next diligence steps. Any decision can be undone from the brief.
This is an educational interface based on an independent academic case. It does not calculate acquisition pricing, construction costs, investment returns, planning outcomes or tenant commitments. Course financial targets appear only as recorded in the case.
