• At MRK Partners, I built monthly reporting and budget variance analysis for a 25-asset multifamily portfolio. At PMI Properties, I supported due diligence on $45M in acquisitions. At CBRE Capital Markets, I analyzed capital stacks on $500M+ of case transactions.
• At Rexford Industrial, I wrote Python pipelines that screened 1,600+ workbooks and combined 269 underwriting workbooks and 193 capital approval records in a reporting database for a 409-property, 49.9M SF portfolio. The work saved each analyst 3 to 5 hours of weekly preparation.
• I built agents and MCP tools with Claude and Microsoft Copilot Studio for the Rexford asset management team. The tools validate data and keep an audit trail.
• At MRK Partners, I automated T12 reporting in Python, built Power BI dashboards for LP reporting, prepared quarterly bond covenant reports for the CFO, and built a 25-property utility dataset to flag unusual costs and usage.
• I founded Santa Fe Botanicals, a nail and skincare brand. I manage its LLC, private-label manufacturing, unit economics, and paid advertising.
